What we collect on this site

Nothing, unless you accept analytics cookies or send one of the forms. With your consent, Google Analytics records which pages are read and how visitors arrive, in aggregate; we do not see who you are. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps the technical logs every website needs to run, for a short time.

The forms

When you send the Suggest a show or Contact the show form we store the name, organisation, email address and message or note you give, along with what it concerns and the page you came from. We do not store your IP address; we keep a salted hash of it for one hour to limit repeat submissions. We also keep a hash of your email address for a day, to limit messages to one show.

Enquiry emails are sent to us through Cloudflare's email service. A message to a show comes to us first: we read every message and pass it on to the show's owner, who sees your name, email address and message and replies to you directly. We keep a copy. A show can block a sender; if so, we keep that sender's email address and a note on a block list.

Your rights
