Are police officers scared before a high-risk arrest?

Derrick McManus, former STAR Group officer and founder of Human Durability, speaking with podcast host Aleksandra King on The BEYOND Podcast. Derrick McManus says a high-risk arrest call was far from scary for his police team, who were trained for that work and loved it.

Derrick McManus was playing police basketball at work, paid to stay fit, when the boss rang with a high-risk arrest in the Barossa Valley. The offender was Grosser, known from two earlier jobs. He explains how a trained unit hears such a call.
