Does helping other people come back to you?

Dr Grant Murrell, founder of Success Is A Formula, speaking with podcast host Aleksandra King on The BEYOND Podcast. Dr Grant Murrell says the help he gives comes around again, perhaps from someone else, and some of his greatest success came through introductions from people he went to help.

Dr Grant Murrell walks into a networking meeting asking how he can be of value to the people there, and calls that karma. Whoever he helps may never be able to repay him directly, and the return tends to arrive through someone else they help.

In his telling the same principle runs through relationships, where giving the best of oneself to someone makes that person feel safe enough to open up and give their best in return. He suggests everyone should look at life that way.
