What should you do when everything you touch goes wrong?

For a long time Dr Grant Murrell has kept one strategy for the days when everything he touches goes wrong. On such a day he does nothing beyond what the diary demands, and the signal he acts on is the energy he can feel.

When the vibe runs the other way he does not stop, and in that stretch of calls and deals, he says, he closed two directorships. He agrees it is an energy thing, and his reading of it decides whether he pulls away or presses on.
