Dr Grant Murrell, founder of Success Is A Formula, speaking with podcast host Aleksandra King on The BEYOND Podcast. Dr Grant Murrell says he tends to agree that the calmest person has the most power, and after a deep, thoughtful question they do not need to prove too much.

Aleksandra King asks Dr Grant Murrell whether the calmest person in a conversation is the one with the most power. Murrell's answer allows for enthusiasm and then rests on what happens when someone is asked a deep, thoughtful question.
