At a conference where the new people had filled their workbooks and were writing on the covers, one director who had been there from day one lost his book. When Dr Grant Murrell found it, there were about four lines written inside.

Murrell applies the same reading to his own time in sales at 17, making calls. He knew he had a professional on the other end of the line by the way they listened to the pitch.
