I want to have a certain standard of living. I already had my own flat, but because I'd made quite a lot of money as a young salesperson in Hong Kong, I wanted to upgrade. So the business started in a three-bedroom flat in Bedford, a granny flat. It then went to a sort of three-and-a-half bedroom semi. Then I bought a thatched cottage. After the thatched cottage came the rectory, and then a friend of mine called me up and said, "you're not going to buy a bloody castle," so I bought a manor. Genuinely. I think that's funny. But my point is I love it. I love it. Is that you're making stepping stones, and my family have had the most amazing privilege to live in this unbelievable home that we sold a little while ago. Because if you have a problem with your kids coming home, sell the home.
