Where does success in business come from?

On The BEYOND Podcast, Aleksandra King asks Lara Morgan why she has succeeded, and Morgan begins by declining the label. She grew and exited a global hotel supply company with a team she credits generously, and finds the reason in how she was raised.

Morgan then says that falling down and getting up, off a horse or at the bottom of the class, matters less than doing her best. Her biggest leadership learning, she adds, is probably to ask for what she wants, and to have humility.
